摘要
目的 了解天津市和平区学校自主供餐单位从业人员健康行为安全知识知晓率及健康行为满意度.方法 通过问卷星发放问卷进行匿名调查.结果 学校自主供餐单位从业人员安全专业知识知晓率70.8%,从业态度满意度97.9%.操作行为满意度90.3%.其中专业知识知晓率与组织培训单位类别有显著性关联(P<0.05).本次调查考核总评分与被调查人员专业背景和学历高低显著相关(P<0.05).结论 天津市和平区学校自主供餐单位从业人员从业态度较好,但应加强专业知识培训,规范操作行为.尤其是应针对性地加强食源性疾病相关知识、食品安全操作知识及消毒操作等方面的科普教育,从而预防校园食品安全事件及食源性疾病的发生.
Objective To understand the awareness rate and satisfaction of health behavior and safety knowledge among employees of self catering units in schools in Heping District,Tianjin.Methods Conduct anonymous surveys by distributing questionnaires through Wenjuanxing.Results The awareness rate of safety professional knowledge among employees of school self catering units was 70.8%,and the satisfaction rate of their professional attitude was 97.9%.The satisfaction rate of operational behavior is 90.3%.There is a significant correlation(P<0.05)between the awareness rate of professional knowledge and the category of organizational training units.The overall score of this survey assessment is significantly correlated with the professional background and educational level of the surveyed individuals(P<0.05).Conclusion The employees of self catering units in schools in Heping District,Tianjin have a good attitude towards their work,but professional knowledge training should be strengthened and operational behavior should be standardized.Especially targeted efforts should be made to strengthen popular science education on knowledge related to foodborne diseases,food safety operations,and disinfection procedures,in order to prevent campus food safety incidents and the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
