浅谈医学院校药物化学实验教学思考与改革路径探索

药物化学实验课程是理论与实践结合的关键环节,传统的教学方式已难以满足现代药学的发展需求,教学内容陈旧、缺乏创新性和设计性,限制了学生实践能力和创新思维的培养.在药物化学实验课程亟待改革的形势下,本文针对药物化学实验课程提出问题和改革方案,包括更新内容,引入前沿的药物合成和分析技术,同时增加设计性和创新性实验,注重教学方法的创新,采用多元化的考核方式,以全面评估学生的知识掌握和实践能力.通过这些改革措施,药物化学实验课程将更能反映药学专业的实际需求,有助于培养具备实践能力和创新精神的高素质药学人才.

Pharmaceutical chemistry experimental course is the key link between theory and practice,the traditional teaching method has been difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern pharmacy,the teaching content is obsolete,lack of innovation and design,which limits the cultivation of students'practical ability and innovative thinking.In response to the urgent need for reform of the experimental course of medicinal chemistry,this paper puts forward problems and reform programs for the experimental course of medicinal chemistry,including updating the content,introducing the cutting-edge drug synthesis and analysis technology,while increasing the design and innovative experiments,focusing on the innovation of the teaching method,and adopting diversified assessment methods to comprehensively assess the students'knowledge mastery and practical ability.Through these reform measures,the experimental course of medicinal chemistry will better reflect the actual needs of the pharmacy profession and help cultivate high-quality pharmacy talents with practical ability and innovative spirit.
