层级链式干预结合营养管理措施在小儿重症腹泻中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of hierarchical chain intervention combined with nutritional management measures in severe diarrhea in children

目的 观察重症腹泻患儿应用层级链式干预结合营养管理措施的效果.方法 以随机数字表法将本院2023年3月-2024年3月收治的96例重症腹泻患儿分为对照组和观察组,前组采用层级链式护理,后组在前组基础上结合营养管理措施干预,对比组间护理效果.结果 干预后,同对照组对比,观察组腹泻、呕吐、脱水等症状消失时间较短;不良反应总发生率较低;家属总满意度较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 层级链式干预结合营养管理措施在临床上的实践应用,可加快重症腹泻患儿各种症状的消失,有效调节肠道菌群,减少不良反应,提高家属满意度.

Objective To observe the effect of hierarchical chain intervention combined with nutritional management measures on children with severe diarrhea.Methods 96 children with severe diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The former group received hierarchical chain nursing care,while the latter group received nutritional management interventions based on the former group.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter disappearance time for symptoms such as diarrhea,vomiting,and dehydration;the overall incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low;the overall satisfaction of family members is relatively high,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practical application of hierarchical chain intervention combined with nutritional management measures in clinical practice can accelerate the disappearance of various symptoms in children with severe diarrhea,effectively regulate intestinal flora,reduce adverse reactions,and improve family satisfaction.
