依折麦布联合新型居家护理对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者糖脂代谢水平的影响

The effect of ezetimibe combined with a new type of home care on glucose and lipid metabolism levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary artery disease

目的 探究依折麦布联合新型居家护理对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的影响.方法 按回顾性分析法纳入2021年12月-2023年12月期间本院收治的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者85例,按照不同的干预方式将其分为两组,对照组采取依折麦布联合常规护理(n=42),研究组采取依折麦布联合新型居家护理(n=43),对比两组糖脂水平、心功能指标以及临床疗效.结果 干预前,两组糖脂水平、心功能指标对比,无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组糖脂水平、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)指标均低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)指标高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组总有效率(95.35%)相较对照组(78.57%)更高(P<0.05).结论 依折麦布联合新型居家护理可有效控制患者糖脂水平,改善心功能状况,具有推广价值.

Objective To investigate the effect of ezetimibe combined with novel home care on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary artery disease.Methods 85 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary artery disease admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were included in the retrospective analysis method,and were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods:the control group adopted ezetimibe combined with conventional nursing care(n=42),and the research group adopted ezetimibe combined with a new type of home nursing care(n=43),and the glycemic and lipid levels,cardiac function indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no difference in glycolipid level and cardiac function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,glycolipid level,left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter(LVESD)indexes of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the indexes of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the total effective rate of the research group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ezetimibe combined with a new type of home care can effectively control the patients'glycolipid level and improve the cardiac function condition,which has the value of popularization.
