复方黄柏液湿敷联合多西环素治疗炎症性痤疮患者的效果

The effect of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with doxycycline in the treatment of inflammatory acne patients

目的 探讨炎症性痤疮患者给予复方黄柏液湿敷联合多西环素治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2021年2月-2024年2月宝鸡市金台医院收治的85例炎症性痤疮患者,按治疗方式分组,对照组(44例)应用多西环素治疗,联合组(41例)应用复方黄柏液湿敷联合多西环素治疗.连用8周后评估治疗效果,比较治疗前后皮损个数、皮损面积、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)总分、炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-12(IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]水平、皮肤屏障功能[角质层含水量、皮肤油脂含量],观察有无不良反应.结果 联合组治疗总有效率高达97.56%,比对照组高(P<0.05).治疗前,两组皮损个数、皮损面积、DLQI总分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组皮损个数减少、皮损面积缩小、LQI总分降低,且联合组治疗后皮损个数比对照组显著减少,皮损面积比对照组显著缩小,DLQI总分比对照组显著降低(P<0.05).治疗前,两组炎症因子表达无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组炎症因子IL-6、IL-12、TNF-α水平降低,且联合组治疗后比对照组显著降低(P<0.05).治疗前,两组角质层含水量、皮肤油脂含量无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组角质层含水量升高,皮肤油脂含量降低,且联合组治疗后角质层含水量比对照组显著升高,皮肤油脂含量比对照组显著降低(P<0.05).联合组治疗期间发生的不良反应与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 炎症性痤疮患者应用复方黄柏液湿敷联合多西环素治疗,具有确切效果,能够改善皮损状态,减轻炎症反应,增强皮肤屏障功能,促进生活质量提升,且未出现严重副作用,用药安全性高.

Objective Observation and exploration of the clinical efficacy of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with doxycycline treatment in patients with inflammatory acne.Methods From February 2021 to February 2024,85 patients with inflammatory acne were treated at Jintai Hospital in Baoji City.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods:the control group(44 cases)was treated with doxycycline,and the combination group(41 cases)was treated with compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with doxycycline.After 8 weeks of continuous use,evaluate the treatment efficiency,compare the number and area of skin lesions before and after treatment,the total score of the Skin Disease Quality of Life Index(DLQI),inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-12(IL-12),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)],and skin barrier function[stratum corneum water content,skin oil content],and observe for any adverse reactions.Results The treatment efficiency of the combined group was as high as 97.56%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of skin lesions,skin lesion area,and DLQI total score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the number and area of skin lesions decreased in both groups,and the total score of DLQI decreased.Moreover,the number and area of skin lesions in the combination group were significantly reduced compared to the control group after treatment,and the total score of DLQI was significantly reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the expression of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-12,and TNF-αdecreased in both groups,and the combination group showed a significant decrease compared to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the moisture content and skin oil content of the stratum corneum between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the moisture content of the stratum corneum increased and the skin oil content decreased in both groups.Moreover,the combined group showed a significant increase in the moisture content of the stratum corneum and a significant decrease in the skin oil content compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the combination group and the control group during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress and doxycycline in the treatment of inflammatory acne patients has definite effects,which can improve the condition of skin lesions,reduce inflammatory reactions,enhance skin barrier function,promote the improvement of quality of life,and there are no serious side effects.The safety of medication is high.
