基于数据挖掘中医药治疗白发症内服方药规律研究

Analysis of the rule of prescription of Chinese Medical Code in the treatment of canities based on Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system

目的 基于中医传承辅助平台V3.0软件分析《中华医典》治疗白发症内服方的组方用药规律.方法 收集《中华医典》收录古籍中所记载的治疗白发症的内服方,利用中医传承辅助平台建立数据库,分析组方的用药特点及规律.结果 筛选出方剂共185条,其中共涉及248味中药,药性多为温性甘味,多归肾经,分析得出用药以补虚类为主.支持度≥30的中药药对组合为14对;聚类分析得到3组治疗白发症的核心组合.结论 通过中医传承辅助平台揭示《中华医典》治疗白发症内服处方用药规律,治则上多从补益肝肾入手,挖掘出处方规律可为后续临床白发症内服药选择提供参考.

Objective To analyze the regularity of internal prescription of Chinese Medical Code in the treatment of canities based on Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform V3.0(TCMISP V3.0)software.Methods The internal prescriptions for the treatment of canities recorded in Chinese Medical Code were collected and their medication characteristics were analyzed.Results Total 248 kinds of herbs were involved in 185 prescriptions and their medicinal properties are mostly warm,and sweet and pungent and belong to the kidney meridian,the analysis showed that the drugs were mainly used to replenish deficiency.There were 14 herb pairs with support degree≥30,and 3 groups of new core composition for the treatment of canities were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Through the TCMISP,the rules of prescriptions for the treatment of canities are revealed in the Chinese Medical Code.The treatment is mostly from benefit liver and kidney,the mined prescription rules can provide reference for the follow-up selection of clinical oral medicine for canities.
