摘要
[目的]上海轨道交通13号线北翟路停车场从联锁制式升级改造为CBTC(基于通信的列车控制)制式,具有夜间调试施工时间短、倒接设备多、安全要求高的特点。为满足信号系统改造调试的需求,有必要研究信号系统改造倒接方案。[方法]详细阐述了信号机、计轴设备、道岔转辙机及通信网络设备的倒接方案,着重论述了既有库线的复用道岔转辙机倒接流程、室内通信网络设备倒接内容及轨旁无线接入点设备的倒接内容。[结果及结论]在非调试期间,所有新增的列车兼调车信号机、计轴设备均需要断电处理。采用铁路信号AX系列继电器作为大直流道岔的倒接设备。SDH(同步数字体系)设备不能直接拆除,新设的工业以太网交换机只能作为SDH设备的子网络设备接入骨干网络中,并保持到既有的SDH通信网络全部改造完成,再将工业以太网交换机接入改造后的正线通信网络中。既有的轨旁无线点接入设备可以分批接入新信号设备室,不需要全部一次性倒切,减小了施工的难度和风险。
[Objective]Beidi Road Depot of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 13 is undergoing an upgrade from a conventional interlocking system to CBTC(communication-based train control)system.This upgrade is characterized by a short nighttime commissioning period,numerous reverse-connection equipment,and stringent safety requirements.To meet the demands of signaling system retrofit and commissioning,it is essential to explore a suitable reverse-connecting scheme.[Method]A detailed reverse-connection scheme for signal machine,axle counter device,turnout switch machine,and communication network equipment is provided,focusing on the reverse-connection processes for reusable turnout switch machines on existing lines,indoor communication network devices,and trackside wireless access points.[Result&Conclusion]During non-commissioning periods,all newly added train and shunting signal machines and axle counter devices must be powered down.The railway signal AX series relays are used as a reversing device for large DC turnouts.SDH(synchronous digital hierarchy)equipment cannot be removed directly.The newly installed industrial Ethernet switch machine can only be integrated as a subnet device into the backbone network,maintaining its connection until the completion of the SDH network retrofit.And then the industrial Ethernet switch machines are connected to the retrofitted mainline communication network.The existing trackside AP(access point)devices can be connected in batches with the new signal rooms to avoid a complete simultaneous cutover,thus reducing construction difficulty and risk.
