摘要
从材料选型、结构设计、关键工艺、电气性能参数等方面阐述数字通信电缆的设计和验证,介绍一种用尼龙作为防生物啃咬的护套材料,具有防动物啃咬、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等特性的轻型屏蔽阻水数字通信电缆,实现由“化学防护”到“物理防护”的转变,避免因化学防护引起的环境影响,以及对人体健康影响问题和铠装防鼠方式下电缆太硬带来的施工问题。
In this paper,the design and validation of digital communication cables are introduced from the perspective of material selection,structural design,key processes,electrical performance parameters,etc.A type of nylon-based anti-nibbling sheath material is introduced.The use of a light-type shielded water-blocking digital communication cable that is anti-nibbling and resistant to corrosion and wearing can transit from“chemical protection”to“physical protection”,avoid the impacts on the environment and human health due to chemical protection,and avoid the use of armored ratproof cables that are too hard for construction.
