摘要
针对再生粗骨料吸水率高、压碎值大等缺陷,文中提出采用改性剂对再生粗骨料进行处理,探究改性剂种类及溶度对再生骨料及再生混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,采用硅酸钠溶液或硅烷溶液单一改性处理,均能提升再生粗骨料物理性能及再生混凝土力学性能,但复合改性处理效果优于单一改性,且采用6%硅酸钠溶液和6%硅烷溶液复合改性处理的再生粗骨料及再生混凝土综合性能最优,再生混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度较普通混凝土仅分别降低8.4%、9.2%。
Aiming at the defects of high water absorption and high crushing value of recycled coarse aggregate,it is proposed to use modifiers to treat recycled coarse aggregate,and explore the influence of modifier types and solubility on the performance of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete.The results show that using sodium silicate solution or silane solution for single modification can improve the physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate and the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.However,the composite modification effect is better than single modification,and the composite modification of 6%sodium silicate solution and 6%silane solution for recycled coarse aggregate and recycled concrete has the best comprehensive performance.The compressive strength and spliting tensile strength of recycled concrete are only reduced by 8.4%and 9.2%compared to ordinary concrete,respectively.
