可燃级保温材料薄抹灰外墙建筑防火性能研究

摘要 为评价现有的可燃级保温材料薄抹灰外墙建筑的防火性能,文中对模塑聚苯乙烯板(EPS)及硬泡聚氨酯板(PUR)薄抹灰外墙外保温系统的防火性能进行对比分析。结果表明,PUR薄抹灰外墙外保温系统水平准位线的温度与EPS薄抹灰外墙外保温系统水平准位线的温度相差不大,PUR薄抹灰外墙外保温系统水平准位线外部和内部的温度均高于EPS薄抹灰外墙外保温系统水平准位线外部及内部的温度,即模塑聚苯乙烯板(EPS)外墙的燃烧性能比硬泡聚氨酯板(PUR)薄抹灰外墙的燃烧性能优良。 In order to evaluate the fire performance of existing thin plastered exterior walls of combustible insulation materials,the fire performance of molded polystyrene board(EPS)and rigid foam polyurethane board(PUR)thin plastered exterior walls were compared and analyzed.The results show that the temperature of the level line of the external insulation system of PUR thin plastered exterior wall is not much different from that of the external insulation line of EPS thin plastered exterior wall.The temperature outside and inside the level line of the external insulation system of PUR thin plastered exterior wall is higher than that of the external and inside temperature of the external insulation system of EPS thin plastered exterior wall.That is,the combustion performance of molded polystyrene board(EPS)exterior wall is better than that of rigid foam polyurethane board(PUR)thin plaster exterior wall.
