机制砂混凝土生产过程质量控制方法的研究

摘要 文中围绕砂浆扩展度法和试拌混凝土性能作对比试验,分析不同石粉含量、不同亚甲蓝值对混凝土外加剂掺量、工作性的影响。结果表明,砂浆扩展度试验外加剂掺量与混凝土掺量一致;砂浆扩展度试验含粉量经时损失差值大于33 mm、亚甲蓝经时损失差值大于43 mm时,混凝土同等时间工作性开始变差。砂浆扩展度法是混凝土生产过程质量控制的一种简便快捷的创新方法。 The effects of different stone powder content and methylene blue value on the admixture content and workability of concrete were analyzed by contrast test of mortar spreading degree method and trial concrete performance.The results show that the amount of admixture in mortar expansion test is consistent with the amount in concrete,and that when the loss difference of powder content in mortar expansion test is greater than 33 mm,and that of methylene blue is greater than 43 mm,the workability of concrete begins to deteriorate in the same time.Mortar extensibility method is a simple and quick innovation method for quality control of concrete production process.
