摘要
李家沱长江复线桥工程紧邻既有李家沱大桥,采用双塔斜拉桥施工方法。其中,P4墩柱与横梁均为普通钢筋混凝土结构;P4桥墩横梁高2.5 m,是桥墩中的重要结构。针对横梁的施工,先搭设支架,之后浇筑混凝土形成横梁结构,同时,使用Midas/civil软件进行了仿真计算,对贝雷梁、桁架片、主纵梁、卸荷块和牛腿横梁进行了计算,验证了施工工序和设计的合理性,有效提高了施工效率。
The Lijiatuo Yangtze River Double track Bridge is adjacent to the existing Lijiatuo Bridge and adopts the construction method of double tower cable-stayed bridge.The P4 pier columns and beams are both ordinary reinforced concrete structures;The P4 pier beam is 2.5 m high and is an important structure in the bridge pier.For the construction of the crossbeam,the first step is to set up the bracket,and then pour concrete to form the crossbeam structure.At the same time,Midas/Civil software is used for simulation calculations to verify the rationality of the construction process and design,and to effectively improve the construction efficiency.
