深基坑支撑梁钢马镫支撑架绳锯切割式拆除施工技术应用

摘要 为保证深基坑工程施工安全,避免发生安全事故,文中介绍了一种应用于城市综合管廊工程深基坑支撑梁拆除施工技术,采用新型钢马镫支撑架与绳锯切割相配合拆除支撑梁,在保证支撑梁安全拆除的同时,有效提高了施工效率。其中,钢马镫临时支撑具有操作简单、移动方便、绳锯切割高效、无污染的特点,该技术不仅达到了安全、绿色、环保的目的,而且缩短了工期,经济效益显著。 In order to better ensure the safety of deep foundation pit construction and avoid safety accidents,this article introduces a construction technology for the removal of deep foundation pit support beams in urban comprehensive pipe gallery projects.A new type of steel strrup support frame is used in conjunction with rope saw cutting to remove the support beams,which effectively improves construction efficiency while ensuring the safe removal of the support beams.Among them,the temporary support of steel stirrups has the characteristics of simple operation,convenient movement,efficient rope saw cutting,and no pollution.This technology not only achieves the goals of safety,green,and environmental protection,but also shortens the construction period and has significant economic benefits.
