摘要
文中依托某预应力连续刚构桥病害调查实践案例,发现该工程存在腹板斜向裂缝、底板纵向裂缝、桥梁顶板裂缝,裂缝分布密集且部分裂缝深度较大,对工程质量安全产生较大的影响,潜在行车风险较大。通过Midas/Civil有限元软件建立分析模型,探究桥梁荷载作用、预应力损失等具体情况,并提出针对性加固方案。加固处理后,桥梁预应力指标达到规范要求,受力状态得到有效改善,取得较好的加固效果。
Based on a practical case of a prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge disease investigation,the paper analyzes and finds that there are inclined cracks in the web,longitudinal cracks in the bottom plate and cracks in the roof of the bridge.The cracks are densely distributed and some cracks are deep,which have a serious negative impact on the quality of the project and the potential driving risk is greater.Midas/Civil finite element software is used to build an analysis model,explore the specific conditions of bridge load and prestress loss,and propose targeted reinforcement schemes.After the reinforcement treatment,the prestress index of the bridge returns to the standard level,the stress state is effectively improved,and the ideal reinforcement effect is obtained.
