摘要
在政府投资项目推进过程中,做好前期工作管理是实现整个项目高品质建设目标的前提和基础。文中结合政府投资项目公益性、规范性等特点,围绕工程项目前期工作内容,对项目基础条件梳理、投资控制、进度要求、质量把控方面常见的重难点进行了归纳分析,从实践出发,通过扎实的项目策划预研、注重专业团队搭建、构建合理组织模式、完善项目推进机制、加强项目过程管理等方式,提高前期工作管理效能,保障项目后续顺利落地实施。
In the process of promoting government investment projects,improving the management of preliminary work is the premise and foundation for achieving the high-quality construction goal of the whole project.Combined with the characteristics of public welfare and standardization of government investment projects,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common key points and difficulties in the basic conditions,investment control,schedule requirements and quality control of the project around the preliminary work content of the project.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,starting from the project practice,this paper explores a perfect way to improve the management efficiency of the preliminary work of the project by means of solid project planning and pre-research,building a professional team,building a reasonable organizational model,improving the project promotion mechanism,and strengthening the project process management.It is hoped that it can provide reference ideas for people in the industry.
