摘要
文中依托某地下综合管廊工程实践,对施工工法优化前后城市地下综合管廊造价进行分析。结果表明,优化施工工法前,所有建筑结构的土建工程费用占比达到80%以上;城市地下综合管廊各项目中长度工程造价排序为盾构管廊B线>4舱管廊>盾构管廊A线>3舱管廊>2舱管廊;与优化前相比,优化后总工程费用降低了5.2%;对总降低费用贡献最大的为盾构管廊B线工程,所占比例为8.1%;对总降低费用贡献最小的为3舱管廊,所占比例为5.7%。
Based on the engineering practice of an underground integrated pipe corridor,the paper analyzes the cost of urban underground integrated pipe corridor before and after the optimization of construction method.The results show that the proportion of civil engineering cost of all building structures before optimizing construction method is more than 80%.In each project of urban underground integrated pipe corridor,the length engineering cost is ranked as shield pipe corridor B>4-cabin pipe corridor>Shield pipe corridor A>3-cabin pipe corridor>2-cabin pipe corridor;Compared with before optimization,the total project cost after optimization is reduced by 5.2%.The largest contribution to the total cost reduction is the shield pipeline corridor B project,accounting for 8.1%;The smallest contribution to the total cost reduction was the three-compartment pipe gallery,which accounted for 5.7%.
