广泛性焦虑障碍(generalized anxiety disorder,GAD)是一种复发率高的慢性精神障碍。尽管传统的认知行为治疗(cognitive behavior therapy,CBT)已被广泛应用于GAD的治疗中,但部分患者仍难以完全康复甚至易于复发。本文旨在综述辩证行为治疗(dialectical behavior therapy,DBT)在GAD治疗中的应用,分析其对情绪调节困难及大脑功能异常的影响。本文重点探讨了DBT治疗GAD的心理学模型、可行性和有效性及有效的治疗靶点,汇总并评价了国内外研究进展,同时讨论了现有研究的局限性和未来发展方向,以期为中国GAD的个性化和标准化DBT治疗方案的制定提供理论依据和实践指导。

Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)is a chronic mental disorder with a high recurrence rate.Although traditional cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)is widely used in the treatment of GAD,the recovery of some patients is still difficult or even prone to relapse.This review aims to summarize the application of dialectical behavior therapy(DBT)in the treatment of GAD,analyzing its impact on emotional regulation difficulties and brain function abnormalities.The review specifically explores the psychological models of DBT in treating GAD,its feasibility,effectiveness,and the identification of effective therapeutic targets.It also consolidates and evaluates research progress both domestically and internationally,discussing the limitations of current studies and future directions.The ultimate goal is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of personalized and standardized DBT treatment protocols for GAD in China.
