Motifs,defined as short,conserved sequences with biological functionality,play a crucial role in various biological processes.Within the same protein family,different subfamilies may contain distinct combinations of motifs,and the composition of multiple motifs in a specific order can characterize the functionality of various proteins(Lu et al.,2020).
