基于政治素养提升的网络课程思政实施研究——以山西“农村干部学历提升工程”为例

Study on the Implementation of Online Course Civics Based on the Enhancement of Political Literacy——Taking Shanxi“Rural Cadre Academic Upgrading Project”as an Example

网络课程思政在提升农村干部学习者的政治素养方面发挥着巨大作用,具体到山西“农村干部学历提升工程”,根植于山西地域文化的网络课程思政既有利于农村干部学习者政治素养的增强,也有利于课程学习效率的提升。课程辅导教师作为网络课程思政的主要实施者,应该以在线课程辅导群为阵地,在深挖课程中的山西优秀传统文化要素外,还要为农村干部学习者提供参与网络课程思政学习的渠道,使农村干部学习者在思政理论及实践方面得到提升。

Online course ideology plays a great role in improving the political literacy of rural cadre learners.Specifically,in Shanxi“Rural Cadre Academic Qualification Enhancement Project”,the online course ideology rooted in Shanxi regional culture is conducive to the political literacy of rural cadre learners as well as the enhancement of the learning efficiency of the course.Course tutors,as the main implementers of online course ideology and politics,should take the online course tutorial group as a position,and in addition to digging deep into the excellent traditional cultural elements of Shanxi in the course,they should also provide scaffolding for rural cadre learners to participate in the online course ideology and politics,so as to enable rural cadre learners to get double enhancement in the aspects of political theories and political actions.
