摘要
以8个“油蔬两用”和4个菜用型油菜为研究对象,开展聚硒能力、菜薹适口性和营养品质评价分析。结果表明,“油蔬两用”油菜品种中,中油杂19的菜籽和秸秆硒含量及菜籽硒转化率最高,陕油28的菜薹和菜粕硒含量及菜薹硒转化率最高,两种油菜硒富集能力强且菜薹适口性和营养品质优异;菜用型油菜中,硒滋圆1号的菜薹富含维生素E、维生素C、钙等营养物质。研究结果可为该地区筛选种植优质油菜品种提供参考依据。
The selenium accumulation ability,palatability and nutritional quality of 8“oil-vegetable dual usage”and 4 vegetable type rapeseed were evaluated.The results showed that among the“oil-vegetable dual-purpose”rapeseed varieties,Zhongyouza 19 had the highest selenium content in vegetable type rapeseed and straw and the highest selenium conversion rate in rapeseed,while Shanyou 28 had the highest selenium content in rapeseed head and rapeseed meal and the highest selenium conversion rate in rapeseed head.In vegetable rape,the stem of Xiziyuan No.1 is rich in vitamin E,vitamin C,calcium and other nutrients.The research results can provide reference for screening and planting high-quality rapeseed varieties in this area.
