摘要
特高压换流站高压开关柜接头端因温升导致过热会出现断路、火灾等安全隐患,为此提出基于温升监测的特高压换流站高压开关柜火灾预警方法。提取接头端温升特征因素,构建有限元模型;优化温升监测模块的感应灵敏度,提高了温升数据检测的准确率。实验结果表明,所提方法显著提升了温度感应与监测的准确率,与实际温度的差不超过5℃,整体温升变化曲线与实际温升曲线一致。
UHV converter station switchgear joint end due to temperature rise overheating will appear circuit break,fire and other safety problems,for this reason,based on temperature rise monitoring UHV converter station high-voltage switchgear fire warning method is proposed.The characteristic factors of temperature rise at the joint end are extracted to construct the finite element model.It optimizes the sensing sensitivity of the temperature rise monitoring module and improves the accuracy of temperature change data detection.The experimental results show that the proposed method significantly improves the accuracy of temperature sensing and monitoring,with a difference of no more than 5℃from the actual temperature,and the overall temperature rise curve is consistent with the actual temperature rise curve.
