摘要 为解决传统自动化系统融入图像处理难题,需借助高级编程语言进行开发。在自动化系统中一般控制器PLC的容量都很小,且逻辑控制及编程语言具有局限性,无法满足大量的数据或图片处理,而智能工厂建设需要整合大量的设备数据进行处理。在高级语言中其Python数据结构丰富,内置各种领域的第三方库函数,能够分析生产过程中的图像属性,弥补自动化中PLC的控制缺陷。运用Python语言将图像处理应用在自动化控制系统中,并进一步提出发展自动化智能控制的解决对策。 In order to solve the problem of integrating traditional automation system into image processing,it is necessary to use high-level programming language for development.In the automation system,the general controller PLC capacity is very small,and the logic control and programming language has limitations,can't meet a large number of data or picture processing,and the construction of intelligent factory needs to integrate a large number of equipment data processing.In the high-level language,the Python data structure is rich,and the built-in third-party library functions in various fields can analyze the image attributes in the production process and make up for the control defects of PLC in the automation.In this paper,using Python language,the image processing is applied in the automatic control system,and further put forward the development of automatic intelligent control solutions.
