医院承担着保障人民健康的重要责任,通过宣传工作医院可向社会传播专业、科学的日常医疗护理知识,提高公众对健康的认知。新媒体的兴起给医院宣传工作带来了新的机遇和挑战,借助互联网、社交媒体、移动应用等新媒体平台,医院能够实现信息的快速传播和广泛覆盖,新媒体互动性和个性化特征能够促进医院与群众之间的互动、交流,增强群众对医院的信任感和满意度,进而有助于医院树立良好的社会形象。医院要紧跟时代潮流,积极探索与创新宣传工作,提升宣传管理的效果和影响力。本文基于新媒体视角,深入探讨医院宣传管理工作的创新策略,旨在为医院宣传管理的创新发展提供思路,推动医院宣传工作与现代医疗行业的同步发展。
Hospitals bear the important responsibility of safeguarding people's health,and through publicity work,hospitals can disseminate professional and scientific knowledge of daily medical care to the society and improve the public's knowledge of health.The rise of new media has brought new opportunities and challenges to hospital public-ity work,with the Internet,social media,mobile applications and other new media platforms,hospitals can achieve rapid dissemination of information and wide coverage,new media interactivity and personalised features can promote interaction between the hospital and the public,communication,and enhance the public's trust in the hospital and sat-isfaction,which will help the hospital to establish a good social image.Hospitals should keep up with the trend of the times,actively explore and innovate the work of publicity,and enhance the effect and influence of publicity manage-ment.This paper is based on the new media perspective,in-depth discussion of the innovation strategy of hospital publicity management work,aims to provide ideas for the innovative development of hospital publicity management,and promote the synchronous development of hospital publicity work and modern medical industry.
