摘要
人工智能技术正以前所未有的广度、深度、强度和力度深深影响着传统教育,给高校既有的人才培养模式、教学形态等带来巨大的冲击和挑战。因此,外语学科人才培养的目标定位就不能再局限于培养传统意义上的应用人才,而要尽快、尽力拓宽“其人文性和科学性、工具性和价值性相统一的学科价值”,构建多维度融合型人才培养模式。培养融合性外语人才,可以从学习语言知识与了解中国文化的融合、语言技能与专业知识的融合、外语专业与新技术的融合、人才培养与企业(行业)的融合等4个层面来设计课程体系和教学模式。一是合理设置课程内容模块,实现语言技能与中国文化的深度融合;二是推动课程体系改革,构建兼容、弹性、多元的交叉融合性课程体系;三是有效利用校内外资源,构建灵活、高效的融合型教学模式;四是丰富产教融合形态,构建多元共育、融合共赢的协同育人机制。
Artificial intelligence technology has unprecedentedly impacted traditional education in terms of breadth,depth,intensity,and strength,posing significant challenges to foreign language teaching and talents cultivation in colleges and universities.Consequently,the goal of talents cultivation in foreign language discipline should not be limited to training traditionally defined application-oriented talents.Instead,there is a need to rapidly and vigorously expand the“disciplinary value that unifies humanistic and scientific aspects,as well as instrumental and ethical values”under the background of the new liberal arts,constructing a multidimensional integrated talents cultivation model.Integrated foreign language talents cultivation can be designed from four dimensions:the integration of language learning and understanding of Chinese culture,of language skills and professional knowledge,of foreign language majors and new technologies,and of talents cultivation with enterprises(industries).The curriculum system and teaching models should be designed accordingly.This involves:(1)appropriately setting course content modules to achieve a deep integration of language skills and Chinese culture;(2)promoting curriculum system reform to build a compatible,flexible,and diverse cross-disciplinary integrated system;(3)effectively utilizing both internal and external resources to establish a flexible and efficient integrated teaching model;(4)enriching the forms of industry-education integration and constructing a collaborative education mechanism that fosters diverse cooperation and mutual success.
