阿尔茨海默病痴呆(Alzheimer’s disease dementia,ADD)是临床中最常见的痴呆类型,对患者本人、家庭、社会均带来严重的负担。针对阿尔茨海默病的药物临床Ⅲ期试验结果令人振奋,但对于阿尔茨海默病痴呆阶段的临床治疗,目前世界范围内尚缺乏针对性强且行之有效的药物。将中医药治疗的理念引入到阿尔茨海默病痴呆的临床治疗领域,可能会为该病的临床治疗提供新的方法。概述中医对ADD病因病机的源流及进展认识,总结战丽彬教授多年来对ADD治疗的学术思想和用药经验,并提供了经典个案分享,为中医药治疗ADD提供指导和参考。

Alzheimer's disease dementia(ADD)is the most common type of dementia in clinical practice,which brings serious burden to patients,their families and society.The results of phaseⅢclinical trials of drugs for Alzheimer's disease are exciting,but for the clinical treatment of ADD stage,there is still a lack of targeted and effective drugs in the world.Introducing the concept of traditional Chinese medicine into the clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease may provide a new method for the clinical treatment of the disease.This paper summarized the source,flow and progress of TCM's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of ADD,summarized Professor ZHAN Libin's academic thoughts and medication experience in the treatment of ADD over the years,and provided classic case sharing to provide guidance and reference for TCM treatment of ADD.
