摘要
总结了经典保护渣的组成、结构、功能及各种理化性能,并结合无取向硅钢的低碳、高铝、高硅等特性,分析了无取向专用保护渣设计中的难点,为无取向硅钢专用保护渣的设计提供部分思路。同时综述了国内外无取向硅钢专用保护渣开发的研究进展,以期为我国无取向硅钢专用保护渣的研发与生产提供参考。
In this paper,the composition,structure,function and various physical and chemical properties of classical mold fluxes are summarized,and the problems in the design of non-oriented silicon steel mold fluxes are analyzed by combined with the characteristics of low carbon,high aluminum and high silicon of non-oriented silicon steel,which provides some ideas for the design of special mold fluxes for non-oriented silicon steel.In addition,the design and research progress of non-oriented silicon steel mold fluxes at home and abroad is summarized,which can provide reference for research and production of non-oriented silicon steel mold fluxes.
