长钢高炉喷煤配加干熄焦除尘灰生产实践

摘要 由于焦化干熄焦除尘灰中含有80%以上的固定碳,性质与无烟煤相似,可以部分替代烟煤进行制粉喷吹。首钢长钢炼铁厂从配煤、制粉和喷吹多个环节入手,采取原煤场定量混匀、提高磨煤机加载压力、微调折向板角度、适当降低负压水平、调整喷吹参数等多项措施,在确保制粉系统稳定和煤粉成分达标的前提下,最终实现了焦化除尘灰配入量达到7%以上的目标,降低了高炉冶炼成本,也解决了干熄焦除尘灰对周围环境造成严重污染和危害的问题。 Due to the presence of over 80%fixed carbon in coking dry quenching dust,which has properties similar to anthracite,it can partially replace bituminous coal for powder injection.Shougang Changgang Iron and Steel Plant started from multiple links such as coal blending,powder making,and injection,adopting multiple measures such as quantitative mixing in the raw coal field,increasing the loading pressure of the coal mill,fine-tuning the angle of the turning plate,appropriately reducing the negative pressure level,and adjusting the injection parameters.On the premise of ensuring the stability of the powder making system and meeting the coal powder composition standards,the goal of adding coking dust removal ash to the system reached more than 7%,reducing the cost of blast furnace smelting and solving the serious pollution and harm caused by dry quenching dust removal ash to the surrounding environment.
