The article provides a comprehensive review on several aspects of the tissue culture process of corylus plants,including the selection of explants,disinfection of explants,determination of the basic culture medium,and the selection of plant growth regulator,summarizes the research progress of the tissue culture technology of corylus plants in recently years,and puts forwards future research strategies,so as to provide further reference for promoting the tissue culture technology of corylus plants.
