火焰除草机的设计与试验研究

摘要 使用除草剂和农药清除草坪杂草、治理虫害对环境的危害逐步显现,亟需利用新技术新设备来替代除草剂和农药。以草坪生产实践为基础,介绍国内外草坪产业及配套机械化发展现状,研制出一种适用于草坪生产的火焰除草机,阐述其原理及技术特点,并进行田间试验以考察其作业效果。结果表明,使用火焰除草机能够达到草籽灭活效果,火焰温度控制较好。 The use of herbicides and pesticides to remove lawn weeds and control insect pests is gradually harmful to the environment,and it is urgent to use new equipment and new technologies to replace pesticides and herbicides.Based on the practice of lawn production,this paper introduces the development status of lawn industry and supporting mechanization at home and abroad,develops a flame weeding machine suitable for lawn production,expounds its principle and technical characteristics,and conducts field tests to investigate the operation effect.The results show that the grass seed can be inactivated and the flame temperature is well controlled.
