退火态高熵合金相结构分析实验的计算机辅助设计与实践

摘要 为研究高熵合金及其退火后的物相变化情况,将Al CoCrCuFe合金分别在800、1000℃下进行退火处理,利用X射线衍射仪及其附带的MDI Jade软件对其物相结构进行辅助分析。结果表明:不同退火温度下Al CoCrCuFe合金物相都是由BCC主相和FCC相构成。经全谱拟合、Rietveld精修和晶胞精修,分别获得了室温、800和1000℃退火合金中BCC主相和FCC相的空间群、点阵常数、晶胞体积、密度和相对含量,精修误差分别为3.13%、2.37%和2.36%。Al CoCrCuFe合金相的衍射峰角度与半高宽均随着退火温度的提高而增大,分别是由于较大半径原子进入点阵晶格引起晶胞畸变与合金相相对含量变化和晶核尺寸分布范围变宽所致。 In order to study the phase change of high entropy alloy before and after annealing,AlCoCrCuFe alloys were annealed at 800℃and 1000℃respectively,and their phase structures were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and its attached MDI Jade software.The results show that the phases of AlCoCrCuFe alloys are composed of BCC main phase and FCC phase at different annealing temperatures.The space group,lattice constant,cell volume,density and relative content of BCC main phase and FCC phase of AlCoCrCuFe annealed at room temperature,800℃and 1000℃are obtained by whole pattern fitting,Rietveld refinement and cell refinement.The refinement errors are 3.13%,2.37%and 2.36%,respectively.The diffraction peak angle and full width at half maxima(FWHM)of AlCoCrCuFe alloy increases with the increase of annealing temperature,which is caused by cell distortion and relative content change of alloy phase owing to the larger radius atoms entering the lattice and the widening of the nucleus size distribution respectively.
