摘要
本文介绍了高模量玻璃纤维及其化学成分对模量的影响,阐述了配方中不同氧化物的作用机理,并且从玻璃纤维配方的角度对比了高模量玻璃纤维和E-CR玻璃纤维的区别。回顾了高模量玻璃纤维的发展历程,通过分析行业最新的专利介绍了目前高模量玻璃纤维的研究现状,并提出了未来的发展趋势。目前国内的高模量玻璃纤维的技术水平和国外企业处于同步水平。风电叶片复合材料是高模量玻璃的主流应用市场,为了适应更长的叶片趋势需要突破现有的配方技术开发模量更高的玻璃纤维,同时应该考虑和碳纤维的混杂使用解决方案。为了拓宽高模量玻璃纤维的应用领域,降低高模量玻璃纤维的成本是后续的主要工作。
This paper introduces high modulus glass fiber and the major chemical composition factors to influence mod-ulus,and the mechanism of metallic oxides in the glass formulation is explained.Formulations of high modulus glass fiber was compared with E-CR glass fiber.The development history of high modulus glass fibers is reviewed,and current devel-opment status and trend of high modulus glass fiber are introduced by analyzing the latest patents in the glass fiber industry.At present,the technological level of high modulus glass fiber in China is at the same level as that of foreign enterprises.Wind turbine blades are the major application market for high modulus glass.In order to adapt to the trend of longer blades,it is necessary to deliver innovative higher modulus solutions out of existing formula technology.At the same time,high modulus glass fiber hybrid solution with carbon fibers should be considered.In order to expand the applications of high mod-ulus glass fibers,reducing cost is necessary work to be driven.
