The paper studies the public safety hazards and prevention of urban underground pipeline networks and their facilities.Based on mastering the types of public safety hazards,it analyzes the various reasons of the problems.Starting from underground pipeline surveys,3D model construction,real-time status monitoring,data resource utilization,and multi-directional collaborative management,targeted preventive measures are taken to emphasize the importance of digital and intelligent technology applications,so as to achieve better public safety management results.
