摘要
综述中药调控细胞程序性死亡(细胞凋亡、焦亡、自噬和铁死亡)治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究进展。中药可以调节凋亡相关蛋白胱天蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)的表达,抑制焦亡核苷酸转运酶3(NLRP3)/胱天蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)/气体膜破裂蛋白D-N末端(GSDMD-N)信号通路的激活,改善过敏性鼻炎上皮细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等细胞的自噬水平,通过阻止谷胱甘肽(GSH)耗竭与氧化物的堆积来抑制铁死亡,进而纠正相关细胞死亡水平,恢复细胞稳态,这些机制共同支持佐证了中药在过敏性鼻炎治疗中的应用价值。
This paper reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine regulating programmed cell death(apoptosis,pyroptosis,autophagy and iron death)in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the expression of apoptosis-related protein caspase-3,inhibit the activation of pyroptosis nucleotide transporter 3(NLRP3)/Caspase-1/gas film rupture protein D-N-terminal(GSDMD-N)signaling pathway,improve the level of autophagy of epithelial cells in allergic rhinitis,eosinophils and other cells,and inhibit ferroptosis by preventing glutathione(GSH)depletion and oxide accumulation.This in turn corrects the relevant cell death levels and restores cellular homeostasis.Together,these mechanisms support the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
