解郁清心汤联合五禽戏锻炼治疗帕金森病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Jieyu Qingxin Tang Combined With Wuqinxi Exercise on Parkinson's Disease

目的探讨解郁清心汤联合五禽戏锻炼治疗对帕金森病患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取福建省南平市人民医院2021年7月—2023年6月收治的60例帕金森病患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组加用解郁清心汤联合五禽戏锻炼治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分为(6.65±1.28)分,统一帕金森病评定量表第三部分(unified Parkinson's disease rating scale partⅢ,UPDRS-Ⅲ)评分为(12.30±2.25)分,冻结步态问卷(freezing gait questionnaire,FOGQ)评分为(6.90±1.26)分,均低于对照组的(8.90±2.40)分、(15.85±2.40)分、(8.80±2.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后Breg平衡量表(Breg balance scale,BBS)评分为(52.50±3.27)分,高于对照组的(49.60±6.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1、2、4周后帕金森病生活质量调查问卷(the 39-item Parkinson's disease questionnaire,PDQ-39)评分分别为(75.60±6.28)分、(72.10±5.98)分、(68.60±5.28)分,低于对照组的(80.25±8.67)分、(78.10±6.29)分、(75.10±6.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解郁清心汤联合五禽戏锻炼可提升帕金森病患者的治疗效果,使患者的抑郁症状与肢体功能得到改善,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Jieyu Qingxin Tang combined with Wuqinxi exercise on limb function and quality of life in Parkinson's patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with Parkinson's disease treated in Fujian Nanping People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Jieyu Qingxin Tang combined with Wuqinxi exercise.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100%,which was higher than 80.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score of the observation group was(6.65±1.28)points,the unified Parkinson's disease rating scale partⅢ(UPDRS-Ⅲ)score was(12.30±2.25)points,and the freezing gait questionnaire(FOGQ)score was(6.90±1.26)points,all of which were lower than(8.90±2.40)points,(15.85±2.40)points,and(8.80±2.41)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Breg balance scale(BBS)score after treatment of the observation group was(52.50±3.27)points,which was higher than(49.60±6.35)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's the 39-item Parkinson's disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)score after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment was(75.60±6.28)points,(72.10±5.98)points and(68.60±5.28)points,respectively,which were lower than(80.25±8.67)points,(78.10±6.29)points and(75.10±6.32)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jieyu Qingxin Tang and Wuqinxi exercise can improve the treatment effect of Parkinson's patients,improve their depressive symptoms and limb function,and enhance their quality of life.
