引导式教育结合功能康复训练对小儿脑性瘫痪运动障碍肌张力及平衡能力的影响研究

Effect of Guided Health Education Combined with Functional Rehabilitation Training on Muscle Tone and Balance Ability in Children with Motor Disorders

摘要 目的:探讨引导式教育结合功能康复训练对小儿脑性瘫痪(以下简称脑瘫)运动障碍肌张力及平衡能力的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年5月商丘市第一人民医院收治的120例脑瘫所致运动障碍患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组各60例。常规组患儿接受常规健康教育及功能康复训练,试验组患儿接受引导式教育结合功能康复训练,两组患儿均随访1年。比较两组患儿的肌张力、平衡能力、精细运动能力及粗大运动能力改善情况。结果:训练1个月后、训练3个月后,试验组患儿改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分低于常规组患儿,试验组患儿Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分高于常规组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.604、5.744、2.384、3.221,P<0.05)。随访期间,试验组患儿抓握、视觉—运动整合评分均高于常规组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.845、3.176,P<0.05)。随访期间,试验组患儿站立区、走跑跳区评分均高于常规组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.473、2.781,P<0.05)。结论:引导式教育结合功能康复训练能够改善脑瘫所致运动障碍患儿肌张力、平衡能力,提高其精细运动、粗大运动能力。 Objective:To observe the effect of guided education combined with functional rehabilitation training on muscle tone and balance ability in children with cerebral palsy with motor disorders.Methods:120 children with motor disorders caused by cerebral palsy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group received routine health education and functional rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received guided education combined with functional rehabilitation training.All patients were fllowed up for 1 year.The training compliance,muscle tension,balance ability,fine motor ability,and gross motor ability improvement of two groups of children before and after training were compared.Results:After 1 and 3 months of training,the MAS score was lower than that of the conventional group,while the BBS score was higher than that of the conventional group(t=2.604,5.744,2.384,3.221;P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the grip score,visual motor integration score,and GMFM D-zone and E-zone scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.845,3.176;P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the scores in D area and E area of the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.473,2.781;P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of guided education and rehabilitation training can enhance the training compliance of children with cerebral palsy and motor disorders,and effectively promote the recovery of muscle tone and balance ability in children.
