摘要
随着现代社会经济发展、环保要求不断提高,发展洁净煤技术,推动煤炭资源高效清洁利用势在必行。煤气化技术是我国重要的洁净煤技术,在我国该领域处于国际领先地位,但是其配套的水煤浆制备技术还需优化升级。我国现代煤化工企业制备的水煤浆质量分数普遍偏低(<62%),因此,需要通过技术革新,提高水煤浆质量分数(>64%)。保持工艺流程不变的条件下,研发高效水煤浆分散剂是提高水煤浆质量分数的关键。研究制备了萘系分散剂,并对其水解和缩合反应条件进行了优化,得到了最佳的萘系分散剂制备条件。然后研究了萘系分散剂与木质素分散剂化学复配和物理复配后的成浆性能,研究发现分散剂的复配使用要优于单一分散剂的使用,而且物理复配后得到的分散剂成浆质量分数更高、黏度更低、流动性更好。
With the development of modern social economy and the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,it is imperative to develop clean coal technology and promote the efficient and clean utilization of coal resources.Coal gasification technology is an important clean coal technology in China,which is in the international leading position in this field in China,but its supporting coal water slurry preparation technology needs to be optimized and upgraded.The mass fraction of coal water slurry prepared by modern coal chemical enterprises in China is generally low(less than 62%),so it is necessary to improve the mass fraction of coal water slurry(more than 64%)through technological innovation.Under the condition of keeping the process flow unchanged,it is the key to improve the mass fraction of coal water slurry to develop efficient dispersant.The naphthalene dispersant was synthesized,and two specific reactions of synthesis process,hydrolysis and condensation,were optimized.The performance of dispersants(naphthalene dispersant and lignin dispersant)under two utilization model,chemical mixture and physical mixture,were studied.The performance of dispersants mixture is better than that of single dispersant.The physical dispersants mixture is the best which could prepare the high mass fraction,low viscosity coal water slurry.
