摘要
磁性纳米脂质体(MNL)是在脂质体中加入磁性纳米颗粒使其具有靶向性的一种新型制剂,近年来,因其优良的生物相容性和高度靶向性,在癌症诊治中被广泛应用。癌细胞通常比正常细胞对热更敏感,MNL可用作加热剂,将其引入肿瘤部位,提高局部温度,诱导癌细胞凋亡或改变癌细胞的增殖和分化。MNL在外加磁场作用下随血液循环进入体内,靶向聚集癌症部位,通过红外等技术定位,其所载药物靶向发挥作用,相比化疗毒副作用低。MNL作为具有脂质双层的纳米载体,因其出色的生物相容性,在癌症治疗中的地位正变得越来越重要。本文对脂质体、磁性纳米颗粒、磁性纳米脂质体的构成、制备方法进行简要归纳,就其在癌症诊治中的研究进展进行综述。
Magnetic nanoliposomes(MNL)is a new type of agent in which magnetic nanoparticles are added to liposomes to make them targeted,and in recent years,it has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer because of its excellent biocompatibility and and highly targeted nature.Cancer cells are usually more sensitive to heat than normal cells,MNL can be used as a heating agent,which can be introduced into the tumour site to increase the local temperature,induce apoptosis or change the proliferation and differentiation of cancer cells.MNL enters the body with blood circulation under the effect of applied magnetic field,and targets the cancer site,and through the positioning of infrared and other technologies,the drugs contained therein are targeted to play a role in the treatment,and have lower toxicity and side-effects compared to chemotherapy.nanocarriers with lipid bilayers,they are becoming more and more important in cancer therapy due to their excellent biocompatibility.In this paper,we briefly summarise the composition and preparation methods of liposomes,magnetic nanoparticles and magnetic nanoliposomes,and provide a review on their research progress in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
