摘要
为探究武汉市2022年度宠物源肠球菌的流行和耐药情况,对121株宠物源肠球菌利用微量肉汤稀释法测定其对10种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果表明,121株肠球菌对阿米卡星、四环素的耐药率分别为为98.3%、96.7%;其次为红霉素、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林-克拉维酸;对氨苄西林、利奈唑胺、万古霉素耐药水平较低。有90.1%的菌株对3种及3种以上抗菌药物耐药,有33.0%的菌株对6种及6种以上的抗菌药物耐药。在“同一健康”理念下,通过检测武汉地区宠物源肠球菌耐药性,为临床用药提供依据,分析宠物源细菌的耐药情况及宠物主人和宠物之间细菌传播联系评估其对于公共卫生安全的影响。
To investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of pet derived Enterococcus in Wuhan in 2022,121 strains of pet derived Enterococcus were tested for their resistance to 10 antimicrobials using a micro broth dilution method.The results showed that the resistance rates of 121 strains of Enterococcus to amikacin and tetracycline were 98.3%and 96.7%,respectively;Next were erythromycin,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,amoxicillin clavulanic acid;The resistance level to ampicillin,linezolid,and vancomycin was relatively low.90.1%of the strains were resistant to 3 or more antimicrobials,and 33.0%of the strains were resistant to 6 or more antimicrobial.Under the concept of"One health",by detecting the resistance of pet derived Enterococcus in Wuhan,we provide a basis for clinical medication,analyze the resistance of pet derived bacteria,and evaluate their impact on public health and safety by assessing the transmission link between pet owners and pets.
