油气集输管道的节能降耗技术研究

摘要 为解决油气集输管道能源消耗问题,采用流体力学实验方法,通过测试管径、内壁粗糙度、油气混合比例对流动阻力的影响,结合保温材料与降阻剂浓度的实验,分析了节能效果。结果表明,较大管径、较低粗糙度和较低油气比例显著降低流动阻力;使用二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料的管道热损失最低,仅为752.3 W,相比未保温管道减少约60.3%;添加150×10^(-6)降阻剂后,流动阻力降低至385.9 Pa,减少约37.8%;直管设计能量消耗最低,仅为24.8 kWh,而弯管设计能量消耗最高,达到32.3 kWh。某企业采用三种节能降耗技术后进行综合经济效益分析显示,管道优化设计技术年节能量最高,达到735×10^(4)kWh,年减少运行成本为47.5万元,年增效收益为34.2万元。 Based on the goal of addressing energy consumption issues in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines,the experimental methods of fluid mechanics are adopted.By testing the effects of pipe diameter,inner wall roughness,and oil-gas mixing rate on flow resistance,the energy con-servation effects are analyzed combined with experiments on insulation materials and drag-reducing agent concentrations.The results indicate that larger pipe diameters,lower roughness and lower oil-gas ratios have significantly reduced flow resistance.The use of silica aerogel composite material results in the lowest heat loss,which is only 752.3 W,and is about 60.3%lower than that of uninsulated pipe- lines.After adding 150×10^(-6) of drag-reducing agent,the flow resistance is decreased to 385.9 Pa,with a reduction of approximately 37.8%.The straight pipe has the lowest energy consumption at only 24.8 kWh,while the curved pipe has the highest energy consumption,reaching 32.3 kWh.After adopting three energy conservation technologies of a company,the analysis of comprehensive economic benefit analysis shows that the design of pipeline optimization has the highest annual energy savings,reaching 735×10^(4)kWh,with an annual cost reduction of 475000 yuan and an annual benefits of 342000 yuan.
