基于全过程数值模拟的复杂空间混凝土壳体结构施工控制技术研究

摘要 随着社会的进步和经济的发展,建筑的形态及结构体系均呈现出复杂的趋势。同时,施工过程往往存在较高的潜在风险,建造完成后的建筑内力分布情况也与施工过程存在较高相关性,需通过合理的施工控制技术确保设计意图的准确实现。以国内外首例叠置双层大跨空间曲面预应力混凝土壳体结构施工——上海在水一方项目为背景,探讨基于全过程数值模拟施工控制技术的应用:首先建立可模拟施工过程中混凝土刚度变化、预应力张拉、临时支撑脱开等行为的有限元模型,并进行施工全过程模拟分析,对拟定的施工工况进行验证及优化;其次基于模拟结果,在结构卸载工况中,采用伺服液压千斤顶辅助卸载,以确保结构受力模式的转化平稳、安全;最后制订施工过程中的监测方案,并通过对比实测数据及计算结果,判定结构受力状况。最终,项目结构施工顺利完成,验证了所采用的施工控制技术的合理性和有效性,可为今后类似工程提供参考。 With the advancement of society and the economy,architectural forms and structural systems are becoming increasingly complex.Additionally,the construction process poses significant potential risks,and the internal force distribution of completed buildings is highly correlated with the construction process.Therefore,reasonable construction control techniques are essential to ensure the accurate realization of design intentions.The application of construction control techniques based on whole-process numerical simulation is explored in the construction of the world’s first doublelayer large-span spatial curved prestressed concrete shell structure,the Shanghai Zaishui Yifang Project.A finite element model is established to simulate changes in concrete stiffness,prestressing tension,and temporary support separation during the construction process.The entire process is simulated,verifying and optimizing proposed construction conditions.Based on the simulation results,servo-hydraulic jacks are used to assist in the safe and smooth transformation of the structural stress mode during unloading.A monitoring scheme is formulated,and the structural stress is evaluated by comparing the measured data with the calculated results.The project’s construction is successfully completed,validating the effectiveness and rationality of the adopted construction control technique,providing a reference for future similar projects.
