摘要
以东阳博士大桥独塔双索面斜拉桥的双曲面钢塔为对象,针对建造过程中的深化设计效率低、加工制作质量控制难度大、项目现场施工质量要求高的问题,采用多软件协同高效深化设计技术、严控支撑胎架坐标的基础上采用多节段横拼和多箱室立拼的制作质量控制技术、塔吊分段安装结合实时监测的施工技术,总结有关技术流程和实施要点,提高了双曲面钢塔的深化设计效率和精准度,保证了制作质量并节约了预拼装措施,确保了项目现场施工质量,可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴经验。
Focusing on the hyperboloid steel tower of the Dongyang Boshi Bridge,a single-pylon double cable plane cablestayed bridge,the challenges in construction,including low detailed design efficiency,difficulties in quality control during fabrication,and high project site quality demands,are addressed.Techniques such as efficient detailed design through multi-software collaboration,quality control for multi-segment horizontal assembly and multi-box vertical assembly with strict jig coordinate control,and the tower crane sectional installation combined with real-time monitoring are adopted.These technical processes and key implementation steps enhance the design precision and efficiency,ensure fabrication quality,reduce the need for pre-assembly measures,and guarantee project site construction quality.These insights can offer valuable references for similar projects.
