摘要
杭州银泰项目南入口位置设有一仿生树杈节点支撑双曲钢结构装饰网架,结构高度37 m,投影面积达1457 m^(2),钢网架总质量约105 t。该系统所处位置底部结构为地下室,针对现场措施部署难、树杈节点钢结构分枝、钢网架高空焊接定位难及沉降变形不易控制等难题,提出了仿生树杈节点支撑双曲网架钢结构装配式施工技术,主要包括树杈支撑节点分段吊装、双曲钢网架分榀装配式施工、塔吊标准节临时支撑胎架和钢结构网架空中调节及卸载技术,为项目快速履约奠定基础,可为类似项目提供成功的经验借鉴。
At the south entrance of the Hangzhou Yintai project,a hyperbolic steel structure decorative space truss supported by a bionic tree branch node is installed,with a structural height of 37 m,a projection area of 1457 m^(2),and a total weight of approximately 105 t.The bottom structure is a basement.To address challenges such as difficulty in deploying field measures,the branching of the tree node steel structure,the difficulty of high-altitude positioning for welding of the steel truss,and the complexity of settlement deformation control,a prefabricated construction technique for the bionic tree branch node-supported hyperbolic steel truss is proposed.This includes the segmental hoisting of branch support nodes,the prefabricated assembly of the hyperbolic steel truss,the temporary support frame for tower crane standard sections,and air adjustment and unloading techniques for the steel structure truss.These methods provide a foundation for the rapid execution of the project and offer valuable experience for similar projects.
