软土地基超大面积重荷高精地坪施工综合技术研究

摘要 在软土地基上进行超大面积、超高重荷地坪施工时往往面临着软土地基地耐力不足、工后沉降大、裂缝控制难度大、地坪平整度要求高等问题,而适用于AGV技术的超大地坪还面临着高精度、超耐磨、零开裂等需求。因此,以上述问题和需求为导向,结合上海浦东国际机场西货运区3号货运站二期项目超大面积地坪施工工程,从软土地基预处理、地坪裂缝控制、地坪平整度控制等方面进行研究,形成了软土地基超大面积重荷高精耐磨地坪施工综合技术。该技术不仅有助于进一步提升和改善大面积耐磨地坪的施工质量,也可为后续类似工程提供技术参考。 Constructing super large area and heavy-load floors on soft soil foundations often encounters challenges such as insufficient soil bearing capacity,significant post-construction settlement,difficulty in crack control,and high flatness requirements.Floors suitable for AGV technique additionally demand high precision,superior wear resistance,and zero cracking.Addressing these issues,the project at the second phase of No.3 freight station in the west freight area of Shanghai Pudong International Airport is used to study soft soil foundation pretreatment,crack control,and flatness control techniques.This comprehensive construction technique enhances the quality of large-area wear-resistant floors on soft soil and provides a technical reference for similar future projects.
