后疫情时代肿瘤内科研究生培养路径探索

Exploration on Cultivation Path of Postgraduate Students of Oncology in Post-epidemic Era

后疫情时代,肿瘤内科研究生培养路径仍有许多不足之处,如研究生参与临床实践时间不足、对临床实践重视程度不够、学习时间较短、科研意识和创新能力薄弱等。新时代要求下的研究生培养路径已逐渐从传统医学模式向生物-心理-社会模式转变,需要着重培养科研能力、临床能力以及良好的心态,给高校教学带来了巨大挑战。因此从教学内容到教学方式,都需要不断地探索和调整。文章主要对肿瘤内科研究生的培养路径进行总结分析,以期在后疫情时代培养具有扎实专业基础、丰富医学知识及先进理论水平的新型医务人员。

In the post-epidemic era,there are still many deficiencies in the postgraduate training path of oncology medicine,such as insufficient time for postgraduate students to participate in clinical practice,insufficient attention to clinical practice,short learning time,and weak scientific research awareness and innovation ability.Under the requirements of the new era,the postgraduate training path has gradually changed from the traditional medical model to the bio-psycho-social model.It is necessary to emphasize the scientific research ability,clinical ability and good mentality,which has brought great challenges to college teaching.From the teaching content to the teaching method,it needs to be constantly explored and adjusted.This article mainly takes the cultivation path of graduate students in oncology as an example to summarize and analyze,with a view to cultivating new medical personnel with solid professional foundation,rich medical knowledge and advanced theoretical level in the post-epidemic era.
