郑州市建设国家创新高地对策研究

Research on Countermeasures in the Construction of National Innova⁃tion Highland in Zhengzhou City

[目的]为适应新的经济发展格局,通过对郑州市国家创新高地建设现状进行调查研究,为郑州市的国家创新高地建设提供有针对性的对策建议,助力郑州市科技创新发展。[方法]通过文献梳理、实地调研和数据分析,对郑州市国家创新高地建设进行全面分析。[结果]郑州市建设国家创新高地具备得天独厚的区位优势,创新综合实力逐渐提升,创新政策体系不断完善,但也存在创新要素投入不足、高端人才缺失、创新成果转化欠缺等短板。[结论]针对郑州市建设国家创新高地的实际情况,提出从加大资金投资力度、夯实创新人才支撑、助推创新成果转化等方面加快创新高地建设,以期为郑州市建设国家创新高地提供决策参考。

[Purposes]To adapt to the new economic development pattern,this paper investigates and stud-ies the current situation of the construction of national innovation highland in Zhengzhou city,aiming to provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of national innovation highland in Zhengzhou city to facilitate the development of technological innovation.[Methods]Through literature re-view,field research and data analysis,this paper comprehensively analyzes the construction of the na-tional innovation highland in Zhengzhou city.[Findings]Zhengzhou city enjoys exceptional geographical advantages in building the national innovation highland,and its comprehensive innovation strength is gradually escalating,with the innovation policy system constantly improving.However,there are still shortcomings such as insufficient input of innovation factors,a shortage of high-end talents,and a defi-ciency in the transformation of innovation achievements.[Conclusions]In light of the actual circum-stances of the construction of national innovation highland in Zhengzhou city,it is proposed to accelerate the construction of innovation highland from aspects of increasing investment in funds,consolidating the support of innovative talents and facilitating the transformation of innovation achievements,so as to pro-vide decision-making reference for the construction of national innovation highland in Zhengzhou city.
