新工艺下N型光伏电池项目环境影响探讨

摘要 N型光伏电池主要包括TOPCon和HJT两种类型,其生产工艺较为复杂,但由于其具有更高的转换效率,已成为光伏电池发展的主流方向,其对环境的影响也逐渐成为人们关注的重点。本文通过对TOPCon和HJT两种类型光伏电池生产工艺的分析,梳理了每道生产工序的污染物产生排放情况,重点分析了强酸变化对氮氧化物等排放量的影响、原辅材料变化对环境风险的影响、废气处理工艺变化对大气污染物处理效率的影响,指出了现有光伏电池项目环境影响评价相关技术规范中不适用新工艺的内容,并给出了解决方案。 N-type photovoltaic cells mainly include TOPCon and HJT two types,which have complex production processes,but due to the higher conversion efficiency,they have become the mainstream direction of the development of photovoltaic cells,and their impact on the environment has gradually become the focus of people′s attention.Through the analysis of TOPCon and HJT two types of photovoltaic cell production processes,this paper sorts out the pollutants generated and discharged by each production process,focuses on the analysis of the impact of the change of the strong acid on the emissions of nitrogen oxides and other emissions,the impact of changes in raw and auxiliary materials on environmental risks,the change of the exhaust gas treatment process on the impact of the efficiency of atmospheric pollutants treatment.It points out the contents of existing environmental impact assessment of photovoltaic cell projects which are not applicable to the new process in the relevant technical specifications,and gives the solutions.
