智慧城市为新时期城市运营和管理指明前进方向,成为城镇化发展的未来趋势。在数字转型浪潮下,单套制条件已经基本成熟,建设电子文件单套制归档势在必行。基于智慧城市时代背景,对当前建设电子文件单套制归档的现状与问题进行分析,并从标准规范、信息技术、业务流程三个方面提出建设电子文件单套制归档的实现路径,紧跟智慧城市步伐,助力全面数字转型。

Smart city indicates the way forward for urban operation and management in the new period and becomes the future trend of urbanization development.Under the wave of digital transformation,the conditions of single-set filing have been basically matured,and the construction of electronic records single-set filing is imperative.Based on the background of the era of smart city,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of electronic records single-set filing,and puts forward the realization path of the construction of electronic records single-set filing from three aspects:standard specification,information technology and business process,so as to keep up with the pace of smart city and help the comprehensive digital transformation.
