大跨度曲面钢屋盖卸载施工模拟分析与监测研究

摘要 大跨度长悬挑异形曲面钢屋盖结构形状复杂、尺寸精度要求高,施工过程中的吊装、拼接、卸载等环节都存在较大的难度。针对这些特点,以中关村论坛永久会址为例,设计一种新型的监测方案,详细介绍大跨度长悬挑异形曲面钢屋盖的卸载施工监测,通过有限元模拟卸载施工过程,实现监测数据与理论模拟分析结果实时对比分析,研究和理解卸载施工过程中应变及位移的变化规律,对大胯度钢结构卸载有很好的指导作用。 The large-span long-cantilevered irregular curved steel roof structure is complex in shape and requires high dimensional accuracy,which brings great to the lifting,splicing,and unloading in the construction process.In view of these characteristics,a new monitoring scheme is designed for the unloading construction large-span long-cantilevered irregular curved steel roofs,taking the Zhongguancun Forum permanent site as an example.By simulating the unloading process with finite element analysis,the monitoring data is compared and analyzed in real-time with the theoretical simulation analysis results,to study and understand the changes in strain displacement during the unloading construction process,providing a good guidance for the unloading of large-span steel structures.
