多曲面密拼开槽型混凝土叠合屋面板施工技术

摘要 目前国内超高层和高大空间建筑均采用钢框架装配式,与之配套的楼板通常采用钢筋桁架楼承板,该类楼承板存在耐火与防腐性能差、底面美观性差的常见质量问题,影响结构的耐久性,同时还会影响观感效果,而在曲面结构中,桁架板要断筋折弯,若采用小板拼接,钢筋需要做大量补强搭接,并增加栓钉数量,大幅增加了施工难度和工作量。本研究创新在曲面钢框架屋盖上应用双向受力开槽型预制混凝土叠合板(以下简称开槽型叠合板),实现了曲面钢框架与叠合板严密结合,叠合板只需在槽口内放置附加钢筋,板间密拼无需支撑,操作简便,大幅提高了安装效率。 At present,steel frame assembly is used for super high-rise and high-rise space buildings in China,and the supporting floor slabs usually use steel truss floor slabs.This type of floor slab has common quality problems such as poor fire resistance and anti-corrosion performance,and poor bottom aesthetics,which affect the durability of the structure and also affect the visual effect.In curved structures,truss slabs need to be broken and bent.If small slabs are used for splicing,a large amount of reinforcement and overlapping of steel bars need to be done,and the number of bolts needs to be increased,which invisibly increases the difficulty and workload of construction.This article innovatively applies a bi-directional force slotted precast concrete composite panel(hereinafter referred to as slotted composite panel)on a curved steel frame roof,achieving a tight combination between the curved steel frame and the composite panel.The composite panel only needs to place additional steel bars in the slot,and the dense splicing between panels does not require support,making it easy to operate and greatly improving installation efficiency.
