摘要
中关村论坛永久会址项目在平顶式种植屋面、屋顶架空板和大坡度屋面成功铺设了草坪。研究采用蜂巢格室、拉结件、塑封钢丝绳、混凝土墩及挡土板先进技术,以使架空板设置更具整体性,受力更合理,以保证连接的完整性,从而有效支撑轻质无机基质土层。项目选择中华结缕草草皮卷铺植方式,通过精细养护管理,草坪的返青率达到了95%以上。该方案不仅提高了屋面绿化的整体性和稳定性,同时也实现了草坪的有效养护,其可为生态效益和景观质量提供保障。
The permanent venue project of Zhongguancun Forum has successfully laid lawns on flat roof planting,overhead roof panels,and steep roofs.The research adopts advanced technologies such as honeycomb cells,tie rods,plastic sealed steel wire ropes,concrete piers,and retaining plates to make the installation of overhead slabs more integrated and the stress more reasonable,ensuring the integrity of the connection and effectively supporting lightweight inorganic matrix soil layers.The project chose the method of rolling and planting Chinese knotweed turf,and through meticulous maintenance and management,the greening rate of the lawn reached over 95%.This plan not only improves the overall integrity and stability of roof greening,but also achieves effective maintenance of lawns,which can provide guarantees for ecological benefits and landscape quality.
